Fancy something a little different? How about holding your reception aboard the beautiful cruiser, the Princess Caroline around the Solent. Eat like Kings and Queens, the food is superb (we can vouch for that personally) and the level of welcome second to none. Here’s some images from Kim & Sam’s reception aboard the Princess Caroline last year.
Lucy & Mark’ wedding reception at Gorse Hill in October 2010. Lovely venue for photography, all of the rooms have nice architectural features that make for interesting backdrops in the images. The gardens are also quite varied, with the fantastic tall pines and some interesting walkways through tall hedges.

All these rainy weekends make us long for sunnier days to shoot in! It was a lovely, sunny July day when we shot the wedding of Emma and Darren at Northcote House, Sunningdale Park last year. It’s a great venue from a photographers perspective, as not only are the grounds spectacular, but if the weather does let you down, the interior of this stylish venue has so much to offer – so many nice angles and interesting backgrounds, like the fabulous staircase and the old wooden doors. We would love to shoot there again.

A few days ago we were excited to receive the April/May 2012 issue of Your Surrey Wedding magazine, featuring one of our couples! Amanda and Sam were married last October at Great Fosters Hotel in Egham, Surrey. We were so pleased to be chosen by them to be their wedding photographers as we could tell it was going to be a stylish event, the magazine coverage proves as much! Such a fun couple to shoot, Amanda’s colourful choices for the wedding details make colourful editorial pages, as you can see.

Sarah & Tim were married last year at Highfield Church in Southampton, they then had their wedding reception at the lovely, Sir Harold Hillier Gardens, Hampshire (Jermyn’s House). Here are some of their wedding images. I’ve been doing some further work on them, as the latest software allows some editing that wasn’t previously possible.
